子宫手术规范应用抗菌药物对医疗质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究抗菌药物的规范应用对某医院开腹子宫全切手术医疗质量的影响。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析2011年规范应用抗菌药物前后医疗质量各项评价指标的变化情况。结果未发生变化的指标有住院死亡类指标、重返类指标、医院感染类指标、手术并发症类指标。发生变化的指标有合理用药指标和医院运行类指标。结论抗菌药物的规范应用对某医院的医疗质量没有带来负面影响,对其费用类指标、合理用药类指标有促进作用。Objective To study the specification utilization of antimicrobial agents to the quality of medical treatment of hysterectomy operations of a hospital.Methods To analyze the changes of each evaluation index of the medical treatment quality before and after the specification utilization of antimicrobial agents in 2011 with the application of retrospective analysis method.Results Unchanged indicators included hospital death index,returned index,hospital infection index and operation complication index.Change of indicators included rational drug use indexes and hospital operation indexes.Conclusions The application of specification utilization of antimicrobial agents didn＇ t bring negative effects to the quality of medical treatment of the hospital,and had promotion function to the indexes of cost index and rational use of drugs.
