摘  要:目的探讨门诊诊间预约挂号服务模式,提高门诊诊间预约率。方法开放预约权限,完善医生工作站操作界面;根据达标预约率设置专家预约数量;设置打印《门诊预约确认单》;规范医生出诊管理。结果 2012年2月至2014年4月,诊间预约日均54人次;持续改进后,2014年5月5日至2014年6月30日,诊间预约日均110人次;诊间预约日均人次明显提高,增长比例达103.7%。结论诊间预约作为医生工作站的一种预约方式,对方便患者就诊、提高医疗质量都有重要意义,值得医院大力推广。Objective To investigate the service mode of inter-clinic appointment registration and improve the appointment rate in outpatient department.Methods To open up the appointment limits of authority,improve the operation interface of doctors work station,set up appointment number of experts according to the rate reaching the standard,print the "Appointment Confirm Sheet in Outpatient Department" and standardize the visiting management of doctors.Results The average daily inter-clinic appointment number was increased obviously.It was 54 cases from February to April in 2012,while increased to 110 cases after the continuous development from 5th May to 30th June in 2014,and the increasing proportion was 103.7%.Conclusions As an appointment of doctor work station,the inter-clinic appointment registration was of importance to bring convenience for patients and the improvement of medical treatment quality,which was of promotion of the hospital.
