住院患者2周内重复住院影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨某三级综合医院2014年上半年住院患者2周内重复住院的影响因素。方法对重复住院患者付费方式、年龄、性别、科室和疾病构成等指标进行分析。结果公费医疗患者2周内重复住院率为19.71%,明显高于其他费别患者;男性患者2周内重复住院率为15.67%,明显高于女性患者,因脑损伤、肿瘤放化疗等原因重复住院的患者比例较高。结论影响重复住院的主要因素是费别、年龄、性别和病种,医院应加强降低重复住院率,充分利用医疗资源。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the inpatients readmission within 2 weeks in the first half of 2014.Methods To conduct analysis on the items of readmission inpatients such as payment method,age,sex,department and disease constitution.Results The repeat hospitalization rates of free medical patients within 2 weeks was 19.71％,significantly higher than other patients.And the repeat hospitalization rates of male patients was 15.67％within 2 weeks,significantly higher than female patients.The proportion of patients due to reasons such as brain damage and cancer chemotherapy had a relatively higher repeated hospitalization rate.Conclusions The main influencing factors of repeated hospitalization included fee kinds,age,gender and disease constitution.So the hospital should strengthen the reduce of repeat hospitalizations and make full use of medical resources.
