摘  要:曙一区杜84块馆陶油藏自2005年转入SAGD开发,仍存在制约因素:受油藏中的低物性段影响,蒸汽腔纵向扩展受到制约,需增加上部油层动用厚度,提高井组泄油能力,为高产井、百吨井提供物质基础;随着蒸汽腔的扩展,注汽量增加,油汽比逐渐降低;同时,受地层非均质性影响,蒸汽腔在平面上波及不均,热利用率低。SAGD开发机理研究认为,高产井产量主要取决于泄油井点数及蒸汽腔高度,要达到培育高产井乃至百吨井,单个泄油井点贡献值必须达到30~40t/d。可通过科学生产调控,提高井组的泄油能力,针对平面上稳定的泄油井点,通过连续注汽,不断强化注采连通;井间汽窜井点,通过轮换注汽,逐步培养蒸汽腔发育;边部潜力区域,增加新的注汽井点,促进蒸汽腔扩展速度。针对隔夹层制约蒸汽腔纵向扩展问题,对隔夹层进行射孔改造,有效解决低物性段对蒸汽腔的抑制作用,实现蒸汽腔纵向扩展;开展注氮气辅助SAGD开发研究,促进蒸汽腔横向扩展,提高热利用率和油汽比。Development by SAGD in oil reservoirs of Guantao formation in Du84 block of Shul area has been restricted since 2005.Vertical extension of the steam chamber is restricted influenced by low physical property of the oil reservoirs.Produced upper oil reservoirs should be thicker and capability of oil drainage of well group should be enhanced to provide material basis for high productivity wells and hundred-ton wells.Along with the extension of the steam chamber,steam injection rate will increase and ratio of oil and steam may decrease gradually.Areal sweepout of the steam chamber may not be uniform and heat utilization is low influenced by heterogeneity of reservoirs.Research on development mechanism of SAGD tells us that production of the high productivity wells depends on the amount of well point of oil drainage and the height of steam chamber.One oil drainage well point must have the contribution of 30 to 40 t/d for the high productivity wells even to hundred- ton wells.The capability of oil drainage of the well group may be improved through scientific production control. Steam should be injected continuously at the stable drainage well point so as to enhance injection-production con- nection.Steam should be injected alternately at well point of interwell steam channeling,and the steam cham- ber may be developed gradually.Velocity of the extension of the steam chamber may be promoted by new well point of steam injection at the edge potential area.In order to solve the problem of the vertical extension of steam chamber,interlayers will be perforated for renovation to effectively eliminate the inhibitory effect of low physical property section on the steam chamber.SAGD assisted by nitrogen injection should be researched for stimulating the steam chamber growing horizontally and improving the heat utilization and oil-steam ratio.
