摘　　要：目的：探讨经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术（ERCP）联合内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（EST）后并发急性胰腺炎的临床护理方法，以提高护理水平、降低并发症的发生率。方法：回顾性分析2013年3月至2014年6月我科228例ERCP联合EST患者，总结术后并发急性胰腺炎的护理要点，探讨防止策略。结果：术后并发急性胰腺炎者5例，通过针对性治疗和精心护理后均好转出院。结论：细致的围手术期护理可以有效防治ERCP联合EST术后急性胰腺炎。Objective Explore the endoscopic retrograde pancreatic angiography （ERCP） combined endoscopic duodenal papilla sphincterotomy （EST） complicated with acute pancreatitis after the clinical nursing methods, in order to improve the nursing level, reduce the incidence of complications.Methods Were retrospectively analyzed in March 2013 to June 2014 1 branch of 228 patients with ERCP combined EST, summarize the main points of complicated with acute pancreatitis after nursing preventing strategies are discussed. Results Postoperative 5 cases were complicated with acute pancreatitis, through targeted were all improved after treatment and careful nursing. Conclusions Careful perioperative nursing care can effective prevention and treatment of ERCP combined EST postoperative acute pancreatitis.
