盾叶薯蓣皂素提取及其资源综合利用研究进展

摘　　要：薯蓣皂甙元是合成激素类药物的基础原料,改进其提取工艺与开发资源综合利用是当前研究的重要问题。本文介绍了薯蓣皂素生产工艺的现状及存在的问题,并对各种生产工艺进行总结;概述了盾叶薯蓣资源综合利用和盾叶薯蓣皂甙元生产与其资源利用一体化工艺的研究进展;最后对其产业发展前景提出建议及展望。Diosgenin is the basic material for synthesizing hormonal medicine. Improving its extraction pro-cess and exploiting its comprehensive utilization are a key research topic at present. This paper introduces the pre-sent situation and existing problems of its production, and summarizes all kinds of production processes. The com-prehensive utilization of dioscorea zingiberensis resources and the integrated processes of diosgenin production are particularly summarized. Finally we put forward suggestions and prospects for the diosgenin industry.
