摘　　要：新型城镇化的必然性被总结出来之后,存在的各种问题又摆在面前。进一步指出城镇化是一个大的系统工程,应当冷静客观地解决各种问题。虽然城镇化的目标已经提出,但到目前为此,思路并不清晰,蓝图并不完善,准备并不充分。"大汉模式"助推新型城镇化是民营资本参与城镇化建设的实践,是一个大胆的尝试,并且取得了很大的成功,获得了宝贵的经验。After that the necessity of the new urbanization and a variety of problems have been expressed this article further points out that the urbanization is a large system engineering which should solve various problems calmly and objectively. Although the goal of the new urbanization has been proposed, the idea is not clear, the blue-print is not perfect, preparations are inadequate currently this end. “The Dahan mode” boosting new urbanization construction is a practice of private capital participation in the construction of the new urbanization, which is a bold attempt, and it has achieved great success and valuable experience.
