摘　　要：中文核心期刊在国内期刊评价和科学评价中发挥了重要作用。1992~2011年,《中文核心期刊要目总览》共修订5次出版6版,评价指标不断丰富和完善,由重数量评价转向重质量和学术影响力评价;但依然存在很多问题,如论文被引频次重复计算、对期刊自引处理不当、绝对量指标过多而相对量指标过少、对论文下载量指标重视不够等。针对这些问题提出了改进建议。Chinese core journals play an important role in evaluating journals and sciences.A Guide to the Core Journals of China has been revised five times and published in six editions,and the evaluating indexes have been constantly enriched,shifting from quantity-emphasized to quality-oriented evaluation.However,many problems still exist.for instance.repetitive computation of citations,improper handling of self-citations,too many absolute but few relative magnitude indexes,and insufficient emphasis on article download indexes.Some improvement measures are proposed targeting at these problems.
