摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板结合钛缆环扎内固定治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2008-06—2013-01采用锁定钢板结合钛缆环扎内固定治疗的8例Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折。每次随访时行影像学检查和临床疗效评估,记录术中、术后并发症。结果所有患者均顺利通过手术,均获得平均24（12~48）个月随访。骨折均获得愈合,愈合时间平均16（12~24）周。术后无感染、骨折不愈合、骨折畸形愈合、复位丢失、内固定失效和假体松动等并发症发生。末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分：优5例,良2例,可1例。结论采用锁定钢板结合钛缆环扎内固定治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折是一种合理而有效的方法,具有创伤小、固定牢靠等优点,可获得满意的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical and radiological results of locking plate and cerelage band fixation for Van- couver type B1 periprosthetie femoral fractures. Methods From June 2008 to January 2013, eight patients with Vancouver type B1 periprosthetic femoral fractures underwent locking plate and cerclage band fixation. Clinical and radiographic evalua- tions were performed every follow-up, intraoperative and postoperative complications were reeorded. Results All the patients were followed up with an average of 24 months（range 12-48 months）. All fractures got bone union with average union time 16 weeks （12-28 weeks）. There were no infection, nonunion, malunion, loss of reduction and stem loosening. According to Harris score system, 5 cases were excellent, 2 cases were good and 1 case was acceptable. Conclusion Locking plate and eerclage band fixation is a feasible and effective choice for vancouver type B1 periprosthetic femoral fractures.
