摘 要:翘皮缺陷是钢坯常见的表面缺陷,影响轧钢质量和精整效率的提高。根据生产实际情况,对初轧钢坯表面的翘皮和类似翘皮的缺陷种类进行细化,并针对所有类翘皮的不同特征分类研究。研究发现,这些缺陷的形成主要和轧制时的氧化铁皮压入、轧辊的表面质量以及钢坯表面清理状态等因素有关,为热轧钢坯表面翘皮缺陷的研究积累了经验并可根据翘皮的不同成因指导现场改善翘皮缺陷。As the common surface defect, upwarp defects influence the quality of rolling and efficiency of finishing. According to the manufacture process, the surface upwarp defects and other defects similar to surface upwarp are refined and every kind surface upwarp defect characteristic is studied. The conclusion can be showed that the reason of surface upwarp defects is related to rolled- in scale, surface quality of roller and the state of surface cleaning for billet. An experience accumulation for the study on surface upwarp defects of hot rolling billet is supplied, and this kind defect for production on site is improved.
