高效液相色谱法测定银丹心脑通软胶囊中原儿茶醛含量

摘　　要：目的建立用HPLC测定银丹心脑通软胶囊中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法采用色谱条件为Linksil-ODS色谱柱（5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）,流动相为乙腈-1%的冰醋酸（30∶70）,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量20μL。结果原儿茶醛在线性范围为5~100μg/m L,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 5。平均回收率在97.6%（n=5）,日间精密度为1.25%。结论该方法准确性好,重现性好,快速准确,可用于银丹心脑通软胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量测定以及银丹心脑通软胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of protocatechualdehyde in Yindan Xingnaotong Capsule. Methods Chromatographic column was Linksil-ODS（ 5 μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm） at the gradient elution mode with the now rate of 1. 0 m L / min,mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（ 7∶ 3）,including 1% acetic acid. The detection wavel ength was 280 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and injection volume was 20 μL. Results The line range was 5 ~ 100μg /m L and standard curve showed good linear regression in test ranges（ r = 0. 9995）. And the main recovery was in the range of 97. 6% with RSD 1. 25%（ n = 5）. Conclusion The method is acute,rapid and has good reproducibility for protocatechualdehyde in Yindan Xingnaotong Capsule. It can be used to control the quality of protocatechualdehyde in Yindan Xingnaotong Capsule.
