摘 要:目的应用速度向量成像(VVI)技术结合潘生丁负荷研究早期糖尿病(DM)大鼠心肌功能障碍的发生、发展过程和演变规律。方法对照组和DM组各40只SD大鼠,分别分为0、2、4、8周四个亚组,于DM成模后在上述时间点分别进行基础状态下和潘生丁负荷后的常规超声和VVI检查,对各个时间点对照组和DM组两组间各参数进行比较;同时对组内各个时间点参数进行比较。结果 VVI储备指标显示从2周亚组开始,DM组的舒张期切向应变率储备开始低于对照组,4周和8周亚组的收缩与舒张期速度、切向应变和应变率储备均低于对照组,各项储备指标均有随病程延长而降低的趋势。结论 VVI结合潘生丁负荷,可更早地检出DM大鼠的心肌灌注障碍。Objective To investigate the evolvement rule of early myocardial function in diabetic rats using velocity vector imaging(VVI) combined with dipyridamole stress echocardiography. Methods The diabetes mellitus(DM) group comprised 40 male diabetic rats,and the control group comprised 40 normal male rats.The DM group and the control group were all divided into four subgroups(0 w,2 w,4 w and 8 w).All rats were performed by conventional echocardiography and VVI at baseline and after dipyridamole stress.The reserve parameters were compared between control group and DM group.In addition,the differences among four subgroups in control group and DM group were compared,respectively. Results The earliest reduced sign of impaired myocardial function was diastolic circumferential strain rate reserve in 2 w DM subgroup.Systolic and diastolic velocity,circumferential strain and strain rate reserve in 4 w and 8 w DM subgroup were lower significantly than the controls.The tendency of VVI parameters in DM group decreased with the extension of DM course. Conclusion The early impairment of myocardial function in DM rats can be detected using VVI combined with dipyridamole stress.
