摘　　要：目的调查县级鼠疫防控机构的鼠疫应急处置与应急管理情况,评价河北省鼠疫防治重点县的鼠疫防控能力。方法选取6个鼠疫防治重点县,制定应急处置与应急管理评价调查表。结果鼠疫应急处置能力评价除丰宁县达到33分外,其余各县分值均在20~30分之间;鼠疫应急管理能力评价除沽源县和丰宁县9分外,其余各县均为7分。结论河北省的鼠疫防治重点县鼠疫综合应急处置能力可以满足现阶段的鼠疫应急工作的需要,但鼠疫应急反应能力还需进一步加强。Objective To evaluate plague prevention and control capability in the county institutions of Hebei Province, we investigated the situation of emergency disposal and management for the plague prevention and control. Methods We Selected 6 key counties and made a form of questionnaire for the emergency response and management evaluation. Results Fengning County scored 33 points in the emergency disposal capability evaluation, the rest of the counties scored from 20 to 30 points. Guyuan and Fengning Counties scored 9 points in the emergency management capability evaluation, the rest of the counties scored 7 points respectively. Conclusions Emergency disposal and managemnt capability could meet the needs of the plague emergency operation in the key counties of Hebei province currently, but plague emergency response capability need to be further strengthened and enhanced in the further prevention work.
