即刻刺激对中国树鼩体内DA、cAMP、cGMP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探索即刻刺激对中国树鼩体内DA、cAMP、cGMP水平的影响。方法给予中国树鼩电刺激后,即刻采取血液和组织,用放射免疫法检测多巴胺(DA)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的水平。结果电刺激组中国树鼩大脑前额叶皮层(PFC)、海马(Hipp)、纹状体(striatum)、伏隔核(Nac)组织中DA水平比对照组分别升高了52.33%、38.98%、25.25%、45.06%(P<0.01);电刺激组中国树鼩血液中c AMP、c GMP水平比对照组分别增加了30.99%、14.94%(P<0.05,P<0.01);c AMP/c GMP比值比对照组增加了18.73%(P<0.01);电刺激组中国树鼩中脑腹侧背盖区(VTA)、大脑前额叶皮层(PFC)、海马(Hipp)、睾丸(Testicle)组织中c AMP水平比对照组分别升高了21.84%、24.55%、21.07%、44.87%(P<0.01),c GMP水平比对照组分别升高了17.95%、25.57%、35.33%、22.87%(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论即刻刺激能促进中国树鼩体内DA、c AMP、c GMP的合成和释放。Objective To study effects of the immediate stimulus on levels of DA,cAMP,cGMP of Chinese tree shrews,as the forensics research and related case analysis to provide the reference material.Methods After giving Chinese tree shrews electrical stimulation,take blood and tissue immediately from Chinese tree shrew,with RIA method to detect the level of DA,cAMP,cGMP. Results Electrical stimulation group,DA level of the prefrontal cortex（ PFC）,hippocampus（ Hipp）,striatum,nucleus accumbens（ Nac） organization of electrical stimulation group than that of the control group increased by 52. 33%,38. 98%,25. 25%,38. 98% respectively（ P〈0. 01）; cAMP and cGMP level in the blood,cAMP / cGMP values than that of the control group increased by 30. 99%,4. 94%,18. 73%,respectively（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; cAMP level in the midbrain ventral tegmental area（ VTA）,the prefrontal cortex（ PFC）,hippocampus（ Hipp）,testis（ Testicle） organization of electrical stimulation group than that of the control group increased by 21. 84%,24. 55%,21. 07%,24. 55% respectively（ P〈0. 01）,c GMP level increased by 17. 95%,25. 57%,35. 33%,25. 57% respectively（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Immediate stimulus can improve Chinese tree shrews body DA,cAMP,cGMP synthesis and release.
