19种药物不同剂量对甲基安非他明试剂盒的影响研究

摘　　要：目的了解甲基安非他明检测试剂盒有假阳性情况发生，降低执法人员的法律风险。方法对SD大鼠灌胃等效成人服用药物剂量，收集不同药物浓度和不同时间段的代谢尿液，用甲基安非他明试剂盒常规检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果在19种检测药物中，3种不同剂量的复方可待因口服溶液、盐酸甲氧那明片以及2倍、3倍剂量的复方麻黄碱糖浆，在SD大鼠代谢尿液0-24h内经甲基安非他明试剂盒检测，均出现假阳性现象。结论甲基安非他明试剂盒（胶体金法）仅可作为吸毒与否的初筛，执法人员需通过案情与实验室检测结果等综合分析，方可进行客观判定。Objective To understand a false positive results from methamphetamine detection kit may occur, and reduce the legal risks of police officers. Methods Equivalent adult doses of methamphetamine were applied to the SD rats by intragastric administration. Different concentrations of drugs and metabolic time of urine samples were collected. Concentration of methamphetamine was detected by methamphetamine detection kit. Results Among 19 kinds of drugs, false positive results can be detected in 3 different dosages of the compound codeine oral solution, methoxyphenamine tablets as well as double-dose and triple-dose of compound ephedrine hydrochloride syrup in 0-24h urine samples. Conclusion Methylamphetamine detection kit （colloidal gold method ） can only be used as preliminary screening of drug. A comprehensive analysis considering both the case and the laboratory result should be taken by police officers, to make an objective assessment.
