体育专业大学生运动损伤趋势实证研究——以怀化学院为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,对怀化学院体育专业大学生运动损伤情况进行了研究.研究结果表明,该专业学生的运动损伤情况与现有的运动损伤情况相比较,呈现出新特点、新趋势,并且分析了其损伤的主要根源,提出了有效的预防对策和措施.In order to understand the specific situation of professional sports college students sports injury,the team members studied the sports injury of the professional sports college students in Huaihua University using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on. The results showed that in comparison to the existing research achievements of sports injury,the unique new characteristics and new trends of the sports injury were put up in our investigation. We found out the main causes of the sports injury, and put forward some effective prevention measures and countermeasures.
