FMEA管理模式预防和减少呼吸内科住院患者跌倒的作用观察

摘　　要：目的:探究FMEA管理模式在预防和减少呼吸内科住院患者跌倒中的应用。方法:选择2012年1月至2013年1月在佛山市第五人民医院呼吸内科住院的存在跌倒风险的345例老年患者作为对照组(采用传统防跌倒方法),选择2013年1月至2014年1月收治的324例存在跌倒风险的老年患者为实验组(实施FMEA风险管理),分析FMEA在呼吸内科防范和减少住院患者跌倒管理应用中的可行性。结果:实验组患者对护理人员的满意率(92.59%)明显好于对照组的满意率(64.35%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组跌倒率(1.85%)明显低于对照组的跌倒率(5.22%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FMEA管理模式可预防和减少呼吸内科住院患者跌倒几率,提高患者对护理人员的满意率,值得在临床应用。Objective：To explore the application of FMEA management mode on the prevention and reduction of the tumble of inpatients in respiratory department of internal medicine. Methods： 345 elderly patients with tumble risks hospitalized in the Respiratory Department of Internal Medicine of the 5th People’s Hospital of Foshan City from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the control group （ using conventional method of preventing tumble） . And 324 elderly patients with tumble risks admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the experimental group （ implementing FMEA risk management ） . The feasibility of FMEA in the management application of preventing and reducing the possibility of tumble in patients of respiratory department was analyzed. Results：The satisfaction rate of experimental group （92.59%） for nurses was significantly higher than that of the control group （64.35%）, and there was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The tumble rate of experimental group （1.85%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （ 5. 22%） , and there was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion： FMEA management model can prevent and reduce the tumble rate of inpatients in respiratory department of internal medicine, and improve patients’ satisfaction rate for nurses, which can be widely used in clinical application.
