摘　　要：目的探讨枕下乙状窦后入路听神经瘤切除术的手术配合。方法熟悉手术步骤,掌握常用器械及专科器械设备的使用方法,掌握枕下乙状窦后入路听神经瘤切除术的配合要点,术前做好充分准备,术中密切配合。结果 12例手术顺利完成,术中配合满意,患者术后无严重并发症发生。结论枕下乙状窦后入路听神经瘤切除术保留面神经最大,也有机会保存听力,是理想的手术方法,围术期密切的护理配合,是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的保证。Objective To investigate operative cooperation of acoustic neuromas resection of suboccipital sigmoid sinus approach.Results Familiar with operation steps,grasping the method of using common equipments and specialized equipment,mastering the cooperative points of suboccipital sigmoid approach of neuromas resection,sufficient preoperative preparation,close cooperation during operation were the key to the success of the operation.Results 12 patients were successful operated,intraoperative cooperation was satisfactory and severe complications didn′t occurred after the operation.Conclusion neuromas resection of suboccipital sigmoid sinus ap-proach is the ideal method to preserve facial nerve and save hearing.Meanwhile,preoperative nurs-ing improves the success rate of operation and reduces the complications.
