摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在胃癌患者的应用效果。方法将87例胃癌患者随机分成干预组43例和对照组44例,比较2组患者术后并发症的发生及满意度。结果 2组患者实施预见性护理前后对护理工作满意度,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效干预并发症的进行,减少并发症的发生,明显提升整体护理质量,大幅度提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 87 hospitalized patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into intervention group（43 cases）and observation group（44 cases）.The observation group received routine nursing while the intervention group received predictive nursing.Postoperative complica-tions,satisfaction and effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The complica-tions in the intervention group reduced and the satisfaction raised,the results revealed that the dif-ference was statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing can ef-fectively reduce complications,promote the overall quality of nursing and improve satisfaction of patients.
