摘　　要：目的探讨选择性绿激光汽化术(PVP)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的围术期护理方法。方法选取245例BPH患者行PVP治疗,术前制定护理计划、给予心理护理,术后观察病情变化及护理配合预防并发症。结果 245例患者均手术顺利,术后无1例明显并发症发生,术后2 d或3 d治愈出院。结论术前充分了解患者身体、心理情况,术后严密观察患者生命体征及血氧饱和度,注意观察膀胱冲洗液的颜色,良好的围术期护理可保证手术成功、促进患者早日康复。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）patients undergoing photoselective vaporization.Methods 245 BPH patients applying photoselective vaporization were included in the research,and nursing plan before opera-tion was made,psychological nursing was given to the patients,changes of diseases after operation was observed,and complications were prevented.Results All of the surgeries were successful,and no patients had severe complications.All patients were discharged in 2~3 days after operation. Conclusion Good perioperative nursing is important in recovery of patients,and we should em-phasize on physical and psychological status of patient before operation,vital signs and oxygen satu-ration and the color of bladder washing to ensure the success of operation and earlier rehabilitation.
