摘  要:以50%的磷酸为溶剂对4,6-二氨基间苯二酚二磷酸盐(DAR·2H3PO4)进行重结晶,以NMP为溶剂对对苯二甲酸(TPA)进行重结晶,纯化后的DAR·2H3PO4的纯度为99.8%,TPA的纯度为99.9%;自行设计集聚合和纺丝为一体的反应器,最终得到单丝状的聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)产物;通过添加苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂到聚合体系来改善产品的光稳定性,所得单丝产品分子量高、结晶度好、光稳定性增强;通过红外光谱分析、热重分析、广角X射线衍射对PBO单丝进行了表征。The diphosphate salt of 4,6-diaminoresorcinol(DAR · 2H3 PO4 ) was recrystallized by a concentration of 50% phosphoric acid, the terephthalic acid (TPA) was recrystallized by the solvent of NMP, The purity of DAR·2H3PO4 after recrystallization was 99.8%, and the TPA was 99.9%. A polymerization reactor in which polymerization and spinning can be accomplished was designed, and the product of PBO monofilament can be got finally. Benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers were added into the polymerization system to improve the photostability of PBO. The monofilament had high molecular weight, a high degree of crystallinity and the photostability was enhanced. The PBO monofilament was characterized by FTIR, TGA and XRD.
