摘  要:采用ZnO掺杂和与ZnO直接混合两种方式分别制备10 wt%BaZr0.9Y0.1O2.95-90 wt%BaCe0.86Y0.1Zn0.04O2.91(BZY-BCYZn)和10wt%BaZr0.9Y0.1O2.95-90wt%BaCe0.9Y0.1O2.95-ZnO(BZY-BCY-ZnO)复相电解质材料,比较ZnO的不同引入方式对BZY-BCY复相电解质烧结和电性能的影响。结果表明:ZnO掺杂制备的BZYBCYZn电解质材料具有更加致密的显微结构和更高的电导率,在1350℃烧结5h基本达到致密,在600℃湿润Ar条件下电导率达到7.3mS/cm。Composite electrolytes of 10wt%BaZr0.9Y0.1O2.95-90wt%BaCe0.86Y0.1Zn0.04O2.91(BZY-BCYZn) and 10wt%BaZr0.9Y0.1O2.95-90wt%BaCe0.9Y0.1O2.95-ZnO(BZY-BCY-ZnO) were respectively prepared by adding ZnO as dopant and directly mixing with ZnO, and the effects of different introduction methods of ZnO on the sinterability and electrical properties of two composite electrolytes were compared. The results showed that BZY-BCYZn composite electrolyte prepared by adding ZnO as dopant exhibited more dense microstructure and batter electrical properties and dense BZY BCYZn composite electrolyte was obtained after sintering at 1350 ℃ for 5 h, and the total conductivity of BZY-BCYZn composite electrolyte reached 7.3 mS/cm at 600℃ in wet Ar atmosphere.
