摘 要:在聚氨酯泡沬中添加蒙脱土和稻壳粉两种增强填料,采用一步发泡法制备了聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料,研究了复合泡沫塑料的密度、力学性能和尺寸稳定性,利用光学显微镜观察了泡沫体的微观结构。结果表明,随着稻壳/蒙脱土配比的增大,复合泡沫塑料的密度、压缩强度、冲击强度先增大后减小。当蒙脱土与稻壳添加总质量分数为10%,质量配比为20:80时,聚氨酯泡沫塑料的压缩强度、冲击强度分别比纯聚氨酯泡沫塑料提高15.4%和25%。蒙脱土稻壳复合聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的尺寸稳定性大致随稻壳用量的增加而变优,随温度升高而降低。The polyurethane foams containing montmorillonite and rice hulls were prepared via one-step method. The density, mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the foams were investigated and the microscopic structure was observed by means of optical microscope. It was found that the density, compressive strength and impact strength increased gradually and then decreased with increasing the mass ratio of rice hulls and montmorillonite. When the mass ratio was 20:80 and their total mass content was 10 %, the compressive strength and impact strength increased by 15.4% and 25% than those of pure polyurethane form, respectively. The dimensional stability roughly increased with increasing the mass content of rice hulls, decreased with increasing the temperature.
