摘  要:以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,新戊二醇、三氯化磷、丙酮、甲酸等为原料,采用"一锅法"合成了一种含磷反应型阻燃剂2-(5,5-二甲基-2-氧代-1,3,2-二氧杂磷杂环己基)-2-丙醇(DMTO),总产率65%。以元素分析、IR、1 H NMR、31 P NMR及MS等表征了化合物结构。TGA测试表明,化合物初始分解温度为188℃,残炭量约为10%。将其与聚氨酯(PU)原料共混发泡,阻燃测试结果表明,DMTO添加量为10%时,极限氧指数(LOI)能达到26.1,垂直燃烧为UL94-V-0级。A phosphorus-containing compound of 1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane-2-methaol-α, α, 5,5-tetramethyl-, 2-oxide (DMTO) was synthesized. It could be prepared in a one-step reaction by using neopentyl glycol, phosphorus trichloride, formic acid and acetone as reactants and at the same time 1,2-dichloroethane was used as the solvent. The syntheses method was simple and can reduce the production costs, with total yield of 65 %. The structures of the compound were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^31P NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The thermal stability of the product was analyzed with TGA. The initial decomposition temperature of DMTO was around 188℃ ,and char yield was 10%. Analysis results showed it had effective thermal stability. The results showed that the PU product filled with the flame retardant at the value of 10% had the utmost limit oxygen index of 26. 1, which can be in accordance with the level of UL94-V-0.
