摘 要:用种子乳液聚合法分别合成了PVAc/PBA乳胶IPN(L1)和PMMA/PEA乳胶IPN(L2),将两种IPN乳液共混得到L3,对L1,L2和L3d的阻尼性能进行研究。结果表明,共混物具有优良的阻尼性能,其Tanδ>0.3的温度范围也达到了200℃左右。对它们的相容性进行了表征,发现共混后的相容性较好。s To find an efficient method to prepare damping materials with excellent performance in wide temperature region was aimed. Interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNs) has been an preferential way to develop ideal damping materials since its appearance. However, the IPNs usually had a lower damping factor in the middle of the transition region, which affected negatively the damping property of polymers. If two kinds of different IPNs, whose glass transition region superposed appropriately, were blended, the problem above mentioned may be resolved and polymers with excellent damping property could be obtained. The latex interpenetrating polymer networks LIPN PVAc/PBA(L1) and LIPN PMMA /PEA(L2) were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The two kinds of emulsions were blended. The dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) showed that the blend had excellent damping property.
