摘  要:探讨了首钢热轧汽车大梁钢510L、S610L和S750L在应用过程中出现开裂的原因。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对牌号为510L、S610L和S750L的开裂试样进行了微观组织分析。结果表明:表面铁皮压入、严重的中心偏析带以及晶界较为粗大的析出物等均可导致热轧汽车大梁钢成型开裂。The reason for the cracking of the hot rolled beam steel such as 510L, S610L, S750L produced by Shougang was discussed. The analysis of micro-structure was made on the cracked samples of steel grades 510L, S610L and S750L by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that rolled-scale on the strip surface, serious central segregation band and the large size precipitates at the grain boundaries are the major reasons for cracking of the hot-rolled automobile beam steel during the stamping process.
