摘  要:在磁控直流等离子体炬中,等离子体的流动传热受到外磁场、内部电场和感应磁场的共同作用,形成了"电-磁-流-热"等多场耦合。根据炬内的多场耦合关系,建立三维磁流体动力学模型,应用二次开发的FLUENT软件对炬内的多耦合场进行三维数值模拟,得到等离子体在炬内的温度场、速度场、电流密度场以及炬出口处的温度和速度分布。结果表明,炬内的多耦合场具有明显的三维特征。The magnetic controlled DC plasma torch may be formed using a specially designed external magnetic field. In this case,the flowing and conducting heat of plasma in torch are affected with the interaction of the external magnetic field,internal induced magnetic field and electric field. As the result " Electric-Magnetic-Flow-Heat" coupling fields are formed. A three-dimensional magneto-hydrodynamic model was established to describe the coupling relations of multiple fields mentioned above. The model was solved with the second-developed software FLUENT. The fields of temperature,velocity,and current density inside the torch and at the torch outlet were obtained. The results show that the multiple coupling fields inside the torch appear obvious three-dimensional characteristics.
