摘 要:为了满足大尺寸炭/炭板材高温处理的需要,自行设计一台方形高温处理炉进行大尺寸炭/炭板材的高温处理,该炉同时也适用于其他炭/炭产品的高温处理。着重介绍了高温处理炉的加热和冷却系统的设计,并对其高温条件下加热元件的耗能以及冷却系统的尺寸和耗水量进行了计算。结果表明:自行设计的新型M形石墨加热器在高温膨胀时可向上自由延伸,保证了发热体的使用寿命,满足高温处理炉的加热要求;运用两种方法分别计算了高温处理炉的冷却水用量,在两种方法计算结果一致的基础上,确定了该设备的冷却水用量并选取了冷却水管道的关键参数。A square high-temperature furnace was designed to meet the needs of high-temperature processing for the large-scale C/C board, and it’s also applicable to high temperature processing for other C/C products. This paper mainly described the design of heating and cooling system of high-temperature furnace, and calculated the energy consumption of heating element, the size and water consumption of cooling system in the condition of high temperature. The results showed that the newly designed M-shape graphite heater could extend upward freely in high temperature expansion, so the service life of the heating element could be guaranteed, and meets the requirements of heating for high-temperature furnace. Two methods were used to calculate the consumption of cooling water of the high-temperature furnace. On the basis of the consistent results by these two methods, the consumption of cooling water of the equipment and the key parameters of cooling water pipeline were determined.
