有偿献血人群血浆雌二醇与IL-12水平及其与HCV感染转归的关系

摘　　要：目的 了解有偿献血人群血浆雌二醇（estradiol,E2）及白细胞介素12（interleukin 12,IL-12）水平及其与丙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis C Virus,HCV）感染转归的关系.方法 将199例既往有偿献血人群分为健康对照组、自限清除组、持续感染组,检测其血浆E2、IL-12浓度及肝功能指标.结果 多因素Logistic回归分析显示献全血史（P=0.040）和单采血浆史（P ＜0.001）是HCV感染的危险因素.未发现血浆E2、IL-12浓度在三组间的差异存在统计学意义（P均＞0.05）.血浆E2和IL-12水平存在正相关关系（r =0.672,P＜0.001）.结论 有偿献血是丙型肝炎传播的一个重要危险因素;E2可能正向调节IL-12的表达,但其对IL-12及HCV感染转归的影响还有待进一步研究.Objective To determine the association of plasma estradiol （E2） and interleukin 12 （IL-12） levels with hepatitis C virus （HCV） infection outcomes in paid blood donors.Metbods Totally 199 participants were categorized into three groups,including 72 healthy controls,39 cases who had spontaneous clearance and 88 subjects with persistent HCV infection.We determined all participates＇ plasma E2concentration,IL-12 level and liver function.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the history of full blood donation （P =0.040） and the history of plasma donation （P 〈0.001） were significantly associated with HCV infection.There were no statistically significant differences in the plasma E2 concentration and IL-12 level among the three groups （all P 〉 0.05）.Furthermore,the plasma E2 concentration was positively correlated with IL-12 level （r =0.672,P 〈 0.001） among the population.Conclusion Paid blood donation is a risk factor of HCV infection.Although our study indicated that estradiol may positively regulate the expression of IL-12,its biological function and effects on IL-12 and HCV infection remains to be elucidated in further large and functional studies.
