摘　　要：文章首先从网络环境下图书馆的功能定位与变革研究综述入手,提出MyReaders(用户信息资源)的概念,阐述其含义与应用进展、意义及功能依据。然后,论述MyReaders作为一个"支点"在MyLibrary、Web Library和Libraries at Webscale中的应用原理与价值,图书馆在实现网络环境中的用户知识活动的全球定位(KAGPS,Knowledge Activities of Global Positioning System)中的组织功能。最后,对MyReaders的实现作理论和技术支持分析,讨论MyReaders研究与应用前景。Based on review of the studies on the function orientation and reform of libraries in Web environment, this paper firstly proposed the concept of MyReaders （patrons＇ information as a resource） with elaboration on its definition, application, significance and functional basis. Drawn upon a discussion on the application principles and values of MyReaders in My Library, Web - Library and Libraries at Webscale, the authors presented an analysis of MyReaders as the pivot for libraries to achieve the organizational function as KAGPS （Knowledge Activities of Global Positioning System） in Web environment. Finally,the authors provided a supportive analysis on the realization of MyReaders from the perspective of theory and technology, and opened up the discussion on future researches of MyReaders.
