摘　　要：目的 探讨人工流产术后剖宫产子宫切口憩室的原因及治疗.方法 回顾性分析郑州市妇幼保健院收治的260例人工流产术后剖宫产子宫切口憩室患者的治疗及术后情况,分析原因并对比其治疗效果.结果 260例患者经手术治疗后憩室结构及临床症状均消失.结论 重视剖宫产及人工流产术中处理及术后恢复,剖宫产子宫切口憩室经手术治疗可获得满意效果.Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of post-cesarean uterine incision diverticulum after induced abortion.Methods The treatment and postoperative situation of 260 patients with post-cesarean uterine incision diverticulum after induced abortion were retrospectively analyzed,and the causes and effects were compared.Results The diverticulum structure and clinical symptoms of the 260 patients disappeared after surgical treatment.Conclusions The treatment and postoperative recovery of the cesarean section and induced abortion should be paid attention.Surgical treatment of incision cesarean diverticulum can achieve satisfactory effect.
