摘 要:中小型低温储罐作为气体工业和天然气工业中的核心设备,在空分装置、中小型LNG装置、LNG储配站及气化站得到广泛应用,其型式的选择关系着装置的造价及运行成本。结合已建部分工程实例,对1500m^3、3000m^3、5000m^3、10000m^3球形低温储罐和立式平底圆筒形低温储罐,从结构、材料用量、建造难度及建造周期、基础及运行费用等方面进行了详细对比分析。对比结果为:球形低温储罐在结构承压受力、绝热、基础占地及安全性方面要优于立式平底圆筒形低温储罐;容积较小时,二者的材料成本和运行费用相当;容积较大时,立式平底圆筒形低温储罐各项指标优势明显。结论是:容积在200m^3~10000m^3之间中小型低温储罐,如考虑工艺要求需带压储存,应选用球形低温储罐;无需带压储存,以1500m^3为限,小于者选用球形低温储罐为优,大于者选用立式平底圆筒形低温储罐具有更好的经济性。Small and medium scale cryogenic storage tank, as the key equipment of gas industry and natural gas industry, is widely used in the air separation device, small and medium scale LNG device, LNG stored and distributed station and vaporizing station. The type - selection of small and medium scale cryogenic storage tank has a great influence on the device and operation costs. Combined with some engineering examples, 1500m^3, 3000m^3 , 5000m^3, 10000m^3 spherical cryogenic storage tanks and vertical cylindrical fiat - bottomed cryogenic storage tanks were detailedly compared and analyzed from the structure, material uti- lization amount, building difficulty and cycle, foundation, operation cost and so on. The comparison results show that the spheri- cal cryogenic storage tank is better than the vertical cylindrical fiat - bottomed cryogenic storage tank on the structure pressure, thermal insulation, foundation area and safety. When the volume is smaller, the material and operation costs of spherical cryogen- ic storage tank are same with the vertical cylindrical fiat - bottomed cryogenic storage tank. When the volume is bigger, the vari- ous indicators of vertical cylindrical fiat - bottomed cryogenic storage tank have obvious advantages. The conclusion is that if 200m^3 - 10000m^3 small and medium scale cryogenic storage tanks need to be stored with pressure based on technological require- ments, spherical cryogenic storage tank should be chosen. Otherwise if the volume is less than 1500m^3, spherical cryogenic stor- age tank should be preferentially chosen. If the volume is greater than 1500m^3 , vertical cylindrical flat - bottomed cryogenic stor- age tank has better economy.
