摘　　要：随着社会对人才的需求不断提高,用人单位选人的标准除了学生学习成绩之外,越来越注重考察学生的实践能力和科研能力。培养大学生科研能力不仅成为市场的迫切需求,更是我国高校教育改革的一项重要目标。因此,本文在对学生科研能力的现状、问题进行调查与分析的基础上,进一步探讨培养大学生科研能力的对策。With the continuous raise of social demands for talents, in addition to students＇ academic performance, employers pay more attention to students＇ practical ability and scientific research ability. The cultivation of university students＇ scientific research ability has become not only an urgent demand of the market, but also an important objective of China＇s university education re-form. Therefore, based on investigating and analyzing the current situation and problems of students＇ scientific research ability, this paper further explores countermeasures of cultivating university students＇ scientific research ability.
