微时代高校和谐校园构建中学生党员作用发挥的探索与思考

摘　　要：微时代背景下微博、微信传播的信息较为冗杂,真伪难辨,缺乏理性,这对和谐校园的构建提出了严峻挑战。学生党员作为高校学生群体中的优秀分子,在微时代具有示范激励、桥梁纽带、统一思想、信息聚合等优势。所以更要通过微平台提高党员参与度,建立多种党组织微平台、结合"键对键"加"面对面"的交流方式,以保障和谐校园的有力构建。In the micro-era, the information from MicroBlog and WeChat is miscellaneous and irrational,and its validity can hardly be figured out, proposing rigid challenges for the construction of a harmonious campus. Student Party members, as the outstanding group among university students, have many advantages in the micro-era, including demonstration and incentive, bridge and link, seeking unity in thinking, information fusion and so on. So the micro-platform should be used to improve Party members＇ participation, through establishing various micro-platforms for the Party organization and using ＂point-to-point＂ and＂face-to-face＂ communication methods, in order to ensure the effective construction of a harmonious campus.
