摘 要:研制具有良好性能的第二喉道,是建设高性能跨超声速风洞的关键技术之一。0.3 m风洞第二喉道在国内首次采用三段调节片加可调中心体的结构形式,将平行四边形机构和偏置曲柄滑块机构运用到第二喉道的设计中,并结合中心体的结构特点创新性地运用了对称偏置双曲柄滑块机构。同时应用MSC PANTRAN/NASTRAN有限元软件,对第二喉道强度、刚度进行了有限元分析,获得了其在最大气动力载荷作用下的结构应力和变形。计算结果表明:第二喉道本身结构强度、刚度富余,该结构形式合理可靠。The second throat with good characteristics is one of key technologies to construct the transonic and supersonic wind tunnel with high quality.The structure of the second throat in 0.3 m wind tunnel was tripartite sidewall flaps and live trim flap,and it was the first time to be applied in China.The parallelogram and offset slider-crank mechanism were used in the design of the second throat,the symmetrical offset dual-slider-crank mechanism was innovative to be used according to the structural characteristics of live trim flap.And MSC PANTRAN/NASTRAN was applied to analyze the strength,stiffness of the second throat.The structural stress and distortion at the maximal aerodynamic forces were then obtained.The results show that the second throat in 0.3 m wind tunnel has enough structural strength and stiffness,in which structural forms are also proper and reliable.
