摘 要:根据某航空维修企业对B747大修的实际情况,基于CATIA软件设计了一套B747-400前缘襟翼导轨支撑连接件钻孔工装设备。首先进行方案设计,并利用CATIA进行了三维建模及运动仿真,为了保证工装设计的精确性和可靠性,计算了加工精度,并利用ABAQUS对关键零部件进行了强度和刚度分析。在加工飞机零部件时,利用该钻孔工装,能够在保证各项加工精度的前提下,使加工效率提高将近13倍。A set of d rilling equipment was designed based on CATIA for the track support of the leading edge flap on B747-400 according to many actual overhaul cases of B747 in some aeronautical maintenance company.Firstly,conceptual design was presented,and 3D modeling and motion simulation by CATIA were also carried out.The machining precision was calculated in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability,and the analysis on strength and stiffness of the key components was verified by ABAQUS.The efficiency can be multiplied more than 13 times by using the drilling equipment when the components of the aircraft were processed.
