摘　　要：随着国家卫生和计划生育委员会等8部门联合破解常用低价药品的供应保障问题,常用低价药品亦渐明朗。本文从理论角度分析我国常用低价药品的供应保障政策对药品供应链上生产企业、流通企业、医疗机构、医保部门及患者的影响;结合实践,通过文献分析法借鉴美国缓解药品短缺的做法,初步探讨完善常用低价药品供应保障措施的建议。As the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other seven ministries and commissions jointly solve the supply and security issue of cheap commonly used drugs,medical institutions will supply cheap commonly used drugs continuously. The influence of supply and security policies of cheap commonly used drugs on drug supply chain（ including manufacturers, circulation enterprises, medical institutions, medical insurance institutions and patients ） is analyzed theoretically. Based on practice,literatures about the practice of alleviating the drug shortages in the United States were reviewed, and proposals about improving the supply and security of cheap commonly used drugs were discussed in the paper.
