武汉宗关水厂历史建筑遗产调查与价值评估

摘　　要：工业遗产保护与再利用已在世界范围内开展得如火如荼,而水工业遗产作为工业遗产大类中的一个分支,涵盖了城市现代化与近代城市基础设施建设等领域,其相关研究还未完全展开。该文通过对国际工业遗产保护纲领性文件《下塔吉尔宪章》的解读,界定水工业遗产的研究对象及其范围。对武汉宗关水厂历史建筑遗产——原既济水电公司宗关水厂旧址进行建筑测绘与相关史料的调查研究,试图发掘武汉水工业遗产的文化价值,为武汉市工业遗产研究提供一个多元化的扩展方向。The protection and reuse of industrial heritage has proceeded worldwide. Water industrial heritage, as a branch of industrial heritage in classes, contains the research of urban modernization and modern urban infrastructure construction and other fields. The related research has not been fully extended. Based on the reading of The Nizhny Tagil Charter for the Industrial Heritage, the author defines the research scope of wafer industrial heritage. In this paper, the author takes the historic buildings of Zongguan Waterworks in Wuhan as a case of study and tries to dig its cultural values by use of mapping and historical data, to provide a wide range of extension direction of research.
