胆木注射液治疗急性传染性结膜炎的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察胆木注射液治疗急性传染性结膜炎的效果。方法 100例入选病例按就诊先后次序分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用外治法和口服药物法及常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上加用肌注胆木注射液法,观察2组前3天的疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆木注射液对红眼病的治疗结合相应的护理,有较好效果,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Danmu in the treatment of patients with pinkeye.Methods Patients with the number of 100with pinkeye were divided randomly into 2 groups,each group including 50 patients.The control group patients were treated by external and oral medication therapy and nursing in routing.The treatment group were added the therapy of the injection of Danmu.Comparing the effect ofthese two groups in the first 3 days.Results The effect of the treatment group were better than the control group（P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The therapy of pinkeye with the injection of Danmu ,combining with the corresponding nursing,is effective and worthy using.
