摘　　要：总结了本院自2006年以来对陪护工实施人性化管理与规范化管理的具体措施,包括引导陪护工按需服务,按劳取酬;总结经验,满足患者需求;定期培训,提高服务意识;坚持公平竞争,奖惩分明;用心交流,提升向心力等。认为陪护工管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,陪护工管理质量会直接影响到医院的医疗服务质量[1]。To summarize the apply experience of humane and standardized management on chaperonage, including leading chaperonage to serve according to patients ＇ need, summarizing the service experience to fulfill patients ＇ needs, improving serve awareness by termly training, insisting in fair competition, speaking from the heart and so on. Believe that the management of chaperonage is the important part of the whole management of hospital,which quality will directly influence the quality of hospital＇s medical service.
