摘  要:对Ti-45Al-7Nb-0.2B-0.1Hf-0.1Y合金进行了1300℃不同保温时间的热处理,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)结合能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射等手段研究了该合金铸态和热处理后的显微组织。研究表明,合金的铸态组织为近层片组织,1 300℃长时间热处理后的组织为全层片组织。合金的铸态组织中包含γ相、α2相、β相及多种钇化物相,热处理后合金中β相消失,形成了富Hf的钇化物;随着热处理时间的延长,合金层片团变粗,层片间距变细。Ti-45Al-7Nb-0. 2B-0. 1Hf-0. 1Y alloy was investigated by different preservation time of heat treatment at 1 300 ℃. The as-cast and heat treated microstructure of this alloy were examined by the optical microscope (OM), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the as-cast microstructure of Ti-45Al- 7Nb-0.2B-0. 1Hf-0. 1Y and its microstructure heat-treated after long time at 1 300 ℃ was near lamellar and fully lamellar structure,respectively. The as-cast structure of Ti-45Al-7Nb-0. 2B-0. 1Hf-0. 1Y alloy contained γ phase, α2phase,β( B2 ) and a variety of yttrium compound phase, and/3 phase has disappeared after heat treatment, forming Hf-rich Yttrium oxide. With the increasing time of heat treatment, lamellar colonies became thicker and lamellar spacing decreased.
