摘  要:以2D70铝合金为研究对象,研究了以硼酸、硫酸为电解液的阳极氧化工艺,制取的硼硫酸阳极氧化膜在满足质量的前提下,进行耐盐雾336 h,观察试片表面是否出现锈蚀。以电压、温度、硼酸浓度、硫酸浓度、时间五因素,确定满足2D70铝合金硼酸-硫酸阳极氧化的工艺参数。制取的阳极氧化膜,与传统的硫酸阳极氧化膜,进行膜层断裂循环对比试验,试验结果证明:硼酸-硫酸混合液制取的氧化膜抗疲劳性优于传统的硫酸阳极氧化膜。With the research object of 2D70 aluminum alloy, the anodic oxide film preparation of boricsulfuric acid was made by the technique of anodizing boric acid and sulfuric acid for electrolyte. The qualified film preparation, after the exposure to the salt spray for 336 h, was observed for the appearance of rust. The process parameters to the boric-sulfuric acid anodization of aluminum alloy was determined by the five factors, namely voltage, temperature, boric acid concentration, sulfuric acid concentration, and time. The anodic oxide film and the conventional one were subjected to film rupture and circulation comparative tests. The results prove that the fatigue resistance of anodic oxide film prepared with boric acid and sulfuric acid is better than that of the conventional sulfuric acid anodizing film.
