Bcl-2、Bax介导肺微血管内皮细胞凋亡与神经源性肺水肿

摘  要:近几年来手足口病在全球的发病率非常高,重症手足口病并发神经源性肺水肿(neumgenlc pulmonaryed ema,NPE)起病急,病情发展快,病死率较高。NPE与肺微血管内蛊和脾迥亡市关。Bel-2和Box是Bcl-2家族中与细胞凋亡关系密切的两种基因,前者为抗凋亡基因,后者为促凋亡基因。Bcl-2、Bax的表达可能与NPE的发病有关。In recent years, the incidence rate of hand foot and mouth disease is very high in the global, severe hand foot and mouth disease could be complicated by neurogenic pulmo- nary edema had onset nasty, illness development quickly, high fatality rate. NPE is associated with apoptosis of pulmonary microvaseular endothelial cell. Bel - 2 gone and Bax gene is closely as- sociated with apoptosis in the Bcl - 2 family , the former for antiapoptotic genes, the latter to promote apoptosis gene. the expression of Bcl - 2 gene and Bax gene may be associated with the onset of NPE.
