腓骨肌皮瓣移植术修复下颌骨体部分缺损的护理

摘　　要：本文总结6例腓骨肌皮瓣移植修复下颌骨体部分缺损的护理。认为护理重点是术前给予充分准备，加强心理护理；术后保持良好病室环境及正确的体位，做好呼吸道护理、引流管护理、饮食护理、口腔护理，加强皮瓣供受区的观察和护理，指导下肢功能锻炼，重视出院指导。6例患者术区皮瓣均存活蓖好，下颌骨全景片检查移植骨生长良好，下颌骨外形及功能恢复良好，供区小腿末见明显功能障碍。this article summarized 6 cases of fibular myoeutaneous flap for reconstruction of mandibular body defect＇ s nursing. The focus is fully preparing to operation and strengthening psychological care ; It should keep good environment in ward, maintain the posture correctly, take good respiratory care, drainage＇ s tube care, diet＇ s care, oral care, and strengthen to observe and care the flap after operation. At the same time, we also should guide the patient how to train the lower limb＇ s function and pay attention to instruction for leave hospital. 6 patients＇ flaps were survived well. Oral panoramic radiograph of the mandible bone shows that it grows well with good shape and function, and the lower leg have no obvious dysfunction.
