摘　　要：目的：规范手术室护理措施，减少关节置换手术感染的发生。方法：通过规范手术室各项护理措施的实施，对246例患者施行关节置换手术感染情况的回顾总结。结果：246例患者术后均无感染并发症，治疗效果满意。规范的手术室护理措施对预防关节置换术后感染具有重要作用。结论：根据引起关节置换手术感染的手术室相关因素，规范手术室护理措施，能有效降低关节置换手术感染。Objective： Explore specification for operation room nursing to reduce infection of joint replacement operation. Methods： Made retrospective analysis on infection of 246 eases after joint replacement operation with specification for operation room nursing and summarize the implementation of measure. Rsesuh ： All 246 cases had satisfactory therapeutic effect without infection. Conclusion：Specification for operation room nursing by analysis on predisposing factor of injection after joint replacement operation can effectively reduce infection.
