摘　　要：目的 比较分析前后两年精子质量检测状况。方法 2008年12月-2010年12月采用Makler计数池计数精子浓度及WLJY-9000伟力精子质量分析仪检测精子活力,按第四版《WHO人类精液及精子-宫颈粘液相互作用实验检验手册》对精子诊断学分类。2011年1月-2012年12月采用西班牙SCA精子质量分析仪检测精子浓度和活力,按第五版《世界卫生组织人类精液检查与处理实验室手册》对精子诊断学分类。结果 按第四版标准,前后两年比较正常精子所占比例,差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.64,P〉0.05）;分别按两种WHO标准对精液诊断学分类,第五版标准正常精子和少精子症所占比例增加,差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=1023.74、97.04,均P〈0.01）;弱精子症、少弱精子症所占比例减少,差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=956.91、56.60,均P〈0.01）。结论 按第四版《WHO人类精液及精子-宫颈粘液相互作用实验检验手册》对精子诊断学分类,更适合男科临床医生对门诊患者进行诊治从而有利于患者怀孕。Objective： To compare the before two years and after two years of sperm quality analysis. Methods.. In December 2008 and December 2010 by analyzed the sperms with Makler, the sperm motility were defected by WLJY9000 computer-assisted self assessment. The classification of sperm quality analysis was made according to the WHO standard of Laboratory Manual for the Examination of Human Semen and Sperm-cervi-cal Mucus Interaction （4^th edition） .In January 2011 and December 2012 by analyzed the sperms and the sperm motility were defected by Spain SCA-CASA.The classification of sperm quality analysis was made according to the WHO Laboratory Manual for Sperm Examination and Processing of Human Semen （5^th edition） . Results.. according to the fourth edition, after two years of normal sperm proportion, the difference was not statistically significant （χ^2=1.64, P〉0.05） ; according to the two WHO standards, the fifth edition of the normal sperm and oligozoospermia increased proportion, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=1023.74, 97.04, P〈0.01） ; azoospermia, oligoasthenospermia proportion dropped, the differences were statistically significant （χ^2=956.91, 56.60, P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion.. The classification of sperm quality analysis was made according to the WHO standard of Laboratory Manual for the Examination of Human Semen and Sperm-cervi-cal Mucus Interaction （4^th edition） , more suitable for the Male physicians to patients with pregnancy in diagnosis and treatment of outpatiens.
