摘　　要：目的评估关节镜下取自体胭绳肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带术治疗前交叉韧带断裂的临床疗效。方法回顾分析在关节镜下应用自体胭绳肌腱行前交叉韧带重建治疗前交叉韧带断裂56例的临床资料，对患膝手术前后关节功能进行评估。结果术后随访12～18（14±1．77）个月。Lysholm评分：术前（54．60±8．10）分，术后（88．50±6．43）分，手术前后评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论关节镜下应用自体胭绳肌腱行前交叉韧带重建治疗前交叉韧带断裂，创伤小、康复快、疗效好，能有效恢复膝关节稳定性，降低致残率。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） reconstruction under knee arthroscopy with hamstring tendon autograft. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in 56 patients＇ ACL reconstruction under arthros- copy with hamstring tendon autografling, and postoperative knee joint function was assessed. Results The patients were followed up for an average of 14 ± 1.77 （ 12 - 18 ） months. The postoperative Lysholm score was significantly higher than the preoperative score （88.50 ± 6.43 VS 54.60 ± 8.10, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion With less invasive and faster functional recovery, ACL recon- struction under arthroscopy with hamstring tendon autografiing can effectively restore knee stability and reduce disability.
