摘　　要：目的探讨脾肾联合介入栓塞治疗脾肾损伤出血的临床价值。方法对我院收治的24例外伤性脾肾损伤出血患者行血管造影后,采用明胶海绵对出血动脉行超选择性栓塞治疗。结果 24例患者全部一次性栓塞成功,均得以存活,并发症轻微,复查效果良好。结论对加以选择的患者实施脾肾联合介入栓塞治疗脾肾损伤出血的疗效确切,安全有效,能最大限度地降低脏器功能损害。Objective To assess the clinical value of associated interventional embolization in the treatment of traumatic splenic hemorrhage and renal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 24 patients with traumatic splenic hemorrhage and renal hemorrhage admit- ted to our hospital were treated with selective embolization with gelfoam particles for occlusion of the bleeding arteries after angiogra- phy. Results Technical success with single procedure was achieved in all the 24 patients who survived after. There were minor complications and perfect review results. Conclusion Associated interventional embolization for the treatment of traumatic splenic hemorrhage and renal hemorrhage is safe and effective on the selective patients. It helps to better reduce organ damage.
