摘　　要：北京协和医学院护理学院以护士应该具备的专业素质为标准,开展学生的素质教育工作,培养学生的优秀品质、多方面能力和良好的心理素质,为学生成为优秀护士奠定了坚实基础。This paper introduced the practice of professional quality training for associate nursing students in Peking Union Medical College. Taking the professional quality that a nurse should possess as the standards,measures of professional quality training were carried out to cultivate students＇ excellent qualities,comprehensive abilities and psychological quality and prepare them to be excellent nurses in the future career.
