HPLC测定元胡止痛胶囊欧前胡素的研究

摘　　要：目的：建立元胡止痛胶囊的含量测定标准,更有效地控制该产品质量。方法：含量采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定制剂中的欧前胡素。高效液相色谱条件：Dikma C18（150×4.6mm,5μm）;流速：1.0ml/分钟;柱温：40℃;流动相：甲醇-水（65：35）;检测波长为300nm;结果：HPLC准确、可靠,回收率为95%~105%,RSD为1.85%。结论：该标准可用于元胡止痛胶囊含量质量控制。Objective： To set up content standard of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule. Methods： To determine imperatorin of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule by high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. The determination was done with a Kromasil ODS-1C18,mobilephase： methanol- water（ 65： 35）. Results： The present method was reliable and accurate,the recovery rate was 95% ~ 105%. RSD was 1. 85%. Conclusion： The standard may use to control content of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule.
